Policy
All new manuscripts to AI4C should go through peer review and retain review records.
- To keep scientific integrity, the editors will run Turnitin or other tools on each new submission to check if it has potential problem of plagiarism. Papers not passing the plagiarism check will be desk rejected immediately.
- Each submission will be conducted initial check to ensure it falls within the scope of the conference.
- Each submission will be reviewed by at least two or three independent expert reviewers on originality, validity, quality and academic merit, and readability.
- All submissions will be carefully reviewed by TPC experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions.
- The revised manuscript will be evaluated by the TPC whether the points raised by the reviewers have been fully addressed or not. Then the TPC will make a final decision on acceptance for the publication.
